The ProcesScan 2  is a fully automated on-line FTIR analyzer for real-time process control and standardization of liquid milk in dairy production. Installed directly in the production process, it continuously measures critical milk composition parameters such as fat, protein, lactose, total solids (TS), and solids non-fat (SNF) with high precision and repeatability. Designed to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and withstand demanding production environments, it enables predictable performance, fast implementation, and improved yield through tighter process control.
