The Discovery DSC 25P is a high-pressure Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) designed for precise thermal analysis of materials under varying pressure conditions. It enables the study of thermal transitions, chemical reactions, and oxidative stability/decomposition of pressure-sensitive materials. With a temperature range from -130C to 550C and a pressure range up to 7 MPa (1000 psi), it provides accurate heat flow measurements in inert, oxidizing, or reducing atmospheres. The instrument is equipped with a Fusion Cell featuring a pressure transducer and Tzero thermocouple, ensuring precise temperature control and stable heat flow baseline performance. Its user-friendly interface includes a One-Touch-Away touchscreen for real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, and time.
